IPO-Bound Unicommerce Empowers Clothing Brand TCNS’s Omnichannel Operations

TCNS Clothing Company, a women’s ethnic wear brand, has deployed Unicommerce’s integrated post-purchase technology stack to strengthen its omnichannel operations, the company said in a statement.  

TCNS, which owns brands including W, Aurelia and Wishful, will now be powering its store fulfillment by leveraging Unicommerce’s omnichannel capabilities to serve its customers across online and offline channels.

With Unicommerce’s omnichannel retail management system, TCNS will enable its brands to merge all online and offline sales channels, thus offering a seamless shopping experience to its customers across its brand websites, marketplaces and physical stores. The ship-from-store feature will enable automated order allocation to the nearest store or warehouse thereby ensuring faster deliveries of orders for its customers.  

With the recently launched aisle feature, in-store customers will be able to make purchases for products that are either unavailable at the store or are currently out of stock, with stores having them delivered at their doorstep, a statement read.  

With Unicommerce’s technology, TCNS strengthens its consumer-centric approach enhancing the overall shopping experience for its customers. The brand has successfully deployed its solution at over 100 stores located across the country, it claimed

Unicommerce is a major e-commerce enablement SaaS platform in the transaction processing layer, in terms of revenue for the financial year concluded March 2022, it claims. The company provides SaaS solutions that enable end-to-end management of e-commerce operations for brands, retailers, marketplaces and logistics service providers.  

Established in 2012, Unicommerce has submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its forthcoming initial public offering (IPO). The e-commerce enablement platform asserts profitability since FY2021 and has documented a revenue growth of 52.56 per cent in FY23, a rise from 47.55 per cent in FY22. By September 2023, it achieved an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of Rs 103.74 crores.
