The couple of Manoj Bajpayee, a Bollywood actor, and his wife Shabana Bajpayee, has acquired four office units in Mumbai's Oshiwara neighbourhood. The total carpet area of these units is 7,620 sqft, and they were bought for Rs 32.94 crore.
The space is on the 12th floor of the Signature building, Oshiwara, and developed by Veer Savarkar Projects. The purchase was made on October 4 according to Moneycontrol.
Bajpayee has reportedly paid Rs 1.86 crore in stamp duty for the four office units. The seller of the office flats, Veer Savarkar Projects Private Limited, is offering them with nine parking spaces.
According to Floortap.com, the built-up area of each office unit is 2,099 square feet. Manoj Bajpayee has paid Rs 30,000 as registration fees for each office unit he has acquired.
The Oshiwara micro-market in Mumbai, where Manoj Bajpayee has purchased office spaces, is the same place where Bollywood actress Flora Saini bought an apartment in 2013. However, she has not yet shifted to the flat as the project is still unfinished.
In 2023, several well-known Bollywood actors have inked deals to buy real estate in Mumbai. Among them is Amitabh Bachchan, who bought four offices comprising of approximately 8,400 square feet in a commercial property in Mumbai's Andheri for nearly Rs 29 crore.
Several other A-listers like Sara Ali Khan, and Kartik Aaryan have also invested in the same property in Andheri. Apart from them, Ajay Devgn and Kajol have bought office space in the Signature Building. Amitabh Bachchan has invested in the space on its 21st floor.
