Hero Vired Appoints Arjun Assi As Head Of Product

Arjun joins Hero Vired from the Scaler Academy where he formerly served as the assistant vice president, of product.

Hero-group owned learntech start-up, Hero Vired has appointed Arjun Assi as the Head of Product. He will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence within the product and technology team at Hero Vired, His role will involve spearheading initiatives to enhance accessibility and scalability of the learntech, the company said in a statement. 

He joined Hero Vired from the Scaler Academy where he formerly served as the assistant vice president, product. Apart from Scaler Academy, he has also worked with organisations like Byju’s Exam Prep (formerly Gradeup), Mu Sigma Inc., Times Internet, and the Indian Express.

Currently Hero Vired has over 13 programmes across 5 key domains, management, technology, emerging tech, data and finance.

The edtech aims to add another 10-12 courses in the next 2 years to enhance the focus on India’s future tech learning.

The gross revenue in the financial year through March 2023 stood at around Rs 70 crore. In the financial year ended March 2022, its revenue from operations grew to Rs 8.7 crore from 2.3 crore in FY21. Building on the rapid success of the last two years, teh organisation has set an ambitious target of 2X revenue growth for this financial year.
