Manish’s career began in 1991 as a humble floor chemist. Pretty soon, he made it his mission to learn the ropes of the industry and luckily, his hard work and determination did not go unnoticed. The company rewarded him with a promotion as a supervisor and handed him the responsibility for the operation, functioning and management of over 22 workers. An energetic and result-oriented Manish continued to impress the management and in year 2000, Manish was given his biggest challenge, the responsibility to lead more than 2000 employees as CEO.

Industry observers point out that Manish has successfully mastered a sense of timing, go-to-market strategy, and the idea of introducing various brands and divisions. He has ensured that HRIPL pursues continuous innovation of products and, most importantly, an understanding of the customers’ needs. Manish’s foresight on the potential growth of the hair colour segment, matched with the aspiration to provide affordable styling products for the masses, gave birth to ‘Streax Hair Color’ in the year 2005-06. One of India’s most popular hair colour brands, Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha endorses Streax Hair Color, and Bollywood Baadshah Shahrukh Khan endorses Streax Insta Shampoo Hair Color.
