The global crypto market gained marginally on Monday. The total market cap was up by 0.67 per cent to $1.99 trillion, while the total trading volume was up by 0.08 per cent to 51.2 billion.

COTI COTI was the most trending cryptocurrency. It was down by 2.48 per cent to $0.2209. Its 24-hour trading volume was 338.41 million. Flare FLR was the top gainer, up by 17.78 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $70.84 billion. Celestia TIA was the top loser, down by 4.85 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $87.20 million.

Sathvik Vishwanath, co-founder and CEO, Unocoin said: “Bitcoin’s resilience at $51,600 amid legal wins, such as the recent victory by the Texas Blockchain Council and Riot Platforms against US regulators underscores its stability in the global regulatory flow, particularly in Nigeria. Amid calls for clarity, there is a surge in institutional interest, as seen in Carlson Group’s embrace of Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs). With pivotal support at $51,000 and resistance at $53,943, $55,214, and $56,497, the market is teetering on balance, indicated by the RSI at 55 and bullish sentiment signalled by the 50-day EMA at $51,079. Thus, a cautiously optimistic outlook remains, contingent on continued support and an evolving regulatory environment.”

DeFi was up by 1.55 per cent to $5.39 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.
