Kitchen appliances brand Wonderchef, is on a growth drive as the company recently inaugurated its 28th exclusive store in India, located in Greater Noida.

Backed by celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor, the company is in news for launching ‘Chef Magic’ claimed to be an ‘all-in-one kitchen robot’. The appliance.

Talking to Outlook Business on the sidelines of the launch of the robot-based kitchen appliance, co-founder, and CEO Ravi Saxena stated that the product has been launched after meticulous research of 4 years and the features that come along with it make it worth the price of Rs 49,999.

“While other similar products might be available in the market, ours is currently unbeatable as we are not just providing the customers with top-notch service but also making out profit from the product, which is what the investor looks for in the business, the unit economics,” he said on other robotics and AI based cookware appliances that are coming up in the market.

Founded in 2009, the company is eyeing for IPO in FY2026. It has recorded sales of Rs 700 crore, that is a 25 per cent year-on-year growth and is planning to touch Rs 820 crore in FY25, and Rs 1000 crore in FY26 as it keeps up with the new product launches, distribution expansion and the e-commerce sales.

Saxena also added that the company is aiming for Rs 200 crore in brand sales from the newly launched ‘Chef Magic’ in a span of three years, stating that within a month of announcement, the company has already received 1,200 pre booking orders.
