The offerings will help enable enterprises to adopt ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities across the business quickly and efficiently, as per a company statement.

The partnership will help enterprises realize cost savings and enhance cross-department efficiency and productivity, according to the company statement.
Additionally, HCLTech recently announced the launch of HCLTech AI Force, an innovative GenAI platform. The patented GenAI platform is built on Azure OpenAI and can be integrated with Microsoft GitHub Copilot.
