ClickPost and Porter announced their partnership, combining the former's shipment tracking and resolution workflow with Porter’s tech-enabled logistics solutions. This collaboration aims to benefit ecommerce businesses, startups, and individual shippers.

Porter’s logistics solutions utilize a network of fleets across 20 cities for on-demand deliveries, while ClickPost claims to ensure deliveries and high customer satisfaction through granular delivery updates and NDR processes. Through this partnership, they aim to achieve faster deliveries and exceptional post-purchase experiences, optimizing omnichannel operations and hyperlocal deliveries.

ClickPost’s automated non-delivery report (NDR) management reportedly reduces RTO percentage by streamlining communication between the customer and the delivery agents. Fraudulent deliveries can also be curbed with its OTP-based cancellation module. The Gurugram-based startup offers a seamless returns experience with a self-serve returns portal designed to collect customer feedback and has a returns app for Shopify merchants called, ClickPost Returns Plus.

The multi-carrier shipping software, which helps e-commerce brands provide a seamless shipping experience, is used by companies like Puma, Adidas, Kapiva and Nykaa. Its services are available in over 200 countries worldwide and it offers a single-click integration with more than 350 carrier partners, OMS, WMS, and CRM systems to streamline the delivery process.

Naman Vijay, co-founder at Clickpost, said, “Porter has been a wonderful partner for us in building the MSME and ecommerce ecosystem in India while streamlining the largely unorganized on-demand logistics sector. Through this partnership, our focus is to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction for Indian brands.”

This strategic alliance has helped optimize hyperlocal delivery services for Atlys and Boodmo. ClickPost’s last-mile technology and Porter’s legacy of providing technology-backed and hassle-free logistics services enabled these startups to streamline the logistics sector and assure customers that their shipments are in safe hands.

Abhinav Vadrevu, vice-president of two-wheelers at Porter, shared, “ClickPost’s comprehensive tracking capabilities have enabled us to drive the deeper penetration of our solution, giving many shippers and receivers access to our reliable logistics solutions. We see this partnership as a win-win for seamless deliveries.”
