SBI Bank Account Update: Are you an SBI customer looking to transfer your account to another branch? The good news is that you can now do it easily online or through the YONO app. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to change your SBI bank account from one branch to another:

Method 1: Online SBI

·       Visit the official SBI online banking website: https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/personal/

·       Login to your account using your username and password.

·       On the top menu bar, click on the "e-Services" tab.

·       Select the option "Transfer of Savings Account."

·       Choose the account you want to transfer.

·       Enter the branch code of the branch you want to transfer your account to.

·       Review the details and click on "Submit."

·       Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

·       Click on "Confirm."

·       You will receive a message confirming that your branch transfer request has been successfully processed.

Method 2: YONO SBI

SBI’s integrated digital banking platform Yono offers various financial services to its customers including insurance, investments, credit card, and loans among other offerings. Using Yono SBI, you can transfer SBI Bank account to another bank branch:

·       Download and install the YONO SBI app on your smartphone.

·       Open the app and login to your account using your username and password.

·       On the home screen, tap on the "Services" option.

·       Select the "Transfer of Savings Account" option.

·       Choose the account you want to transfer.

·       Enter the branch code of the branch you want to transfer your account to.

·       Review the details and tap on "Submit."

·       Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

·       Tap on "Confirm."

·       You will receive a message confirming that your branch transfer request has been successfully processed.

Other Tips to Remember

·       Make sure you have the branch code of the branch you want to transfer your account to.

·       Your phone number must be linked to your SBI account.

·       You can also change the branch via the YONO Lite app.
