Fill out the form with details such as your name, husband’s name, district, bank account information, etc.
Submit the required documents, enter the captcha code, and click the "Submit" option after uploading them.
You will receive a registration number and password on your mobile number for logging in; take a screenshot or save it.
With the generated credentials, you can check the application status on your profile.
