Go to the official EPFO portal, select "Register Grievance", and choose a status such as PF member, EPS pensioner, Employer, etc.
Fill in your details like the Universal Account Number and security code, and click "Get Details".
After your UAN number, email address and mobile number appear, cross-check the details and click "Get OTP".
If the information needs correction, click on the appropriate link provided. Fill in the required details such as address, sex, country, etc.
Type the OTP received and click on the submit button.
Click on the PF account number in the grievance section; a pop-up form will appear. Fill in the details, and write your grievance.
Upload the required documents, thoroughly revise the details and click submit.
